What to do if I can't join a game?

Click Setting option on your profile page and then clear cache. If you still can't join games after clearing cache, please contact Customer Service.

    "Golden match 3" can't withdraw because
    This game its A Scam !!
    I reached 110$ & I do withdraw to my paypal account no mony before 2 months!
    Now I reached 190$ I do withdraw to my paypal account before 4 day still no money until this moment! So I ask myself Where did the $ 190 go? They did not reach my PayPal account and they are no longer in
    the game itself
    No one 2 talks no answer from Customers Service support you know Why?Because it's a scam !!!!!!
